About InfraLaunchPro

What is InfraLaunchPro?

InfraLaunchPro is an international business development company. We design and build North American commercial channels for manufacturers, distributors, and B2B companies of any size, any product, any country, that need North American market presence and are not producing it at the level the product deserves. The work is not consulting. It is design-build for commercial channels. We design the channel, build it, and run it under one point of accountability.

What does design-build for commercial channels mean?

In construction, a design-build firm designs the building and builds it. One firm. No gap between what was designed and what got built. InfraLaunchPro does the same for commercial channels. We analyse the market, design the channel architecture, recruit and develop the distributors, run the outreach campaigns, manage the field team, and report to your board. You deal with one company. We handle the full program.

Is InfraLaunchPro a consulting firm?

No. A consulting firm diagnoses and advises. We diagnose, design, build, and operate. The channel that did not exist before we arrived exists after we leave and it is producing. If you need a report, we are not the right fit. If you need a commercial channel built and running, we are.

Who do you work with?

Any company that needs to build or rebuild a North American commercial channel. Manufacturers, distributors, and B2B companies of any size, any product, any country. If you need North American market presence and your commercial structure is not producing it, you are the right client.

Where are you based?

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We work across North America and with international companies entering the market from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.

The Work

What does the engagement actually involve?

It depends on the stage. Channel Design is the analysis and blueprint. Channel Build is the execution. Channel Operations is ongoing management. Most engagements move through all three stages.

What happens in the first 30 days?

Market analysis and channel design. We map the North American landscape for your product. Which distributors serve which segments. What the pricing architecture needs to look like for the North American margin stack. Where the specification pull has to be built before the channel can activate. By the end of 30 days you have a channel design and an entry sequence.

How do you select distributors?

Channel mapping first. We identify which distributors serve the segments that match your product and your target buyer. Not a generic list. A specific map. Then fit assessment. Then development before activation. We do not select on who responds first. We select on fit.

Do you do the selling?

No. We open the channels and build the commercial engine. Your team handles the conversations that the engine opens. This distinction determines what the engagement costs, how long it runs, and what you own at the end.

What does field team management mean?

If you have a sales representative or business development person in North America, we manage them as part of the engagement. We build their contact list, write their call script, set their KPIs, review their weekly results, adjust the approach based on what the data shows, and report their performance to your board.

Do you handle SEO and brand development?

We understand how SEO, AEO, and brand positioning affect channel performance and buyer discovery in North America and we design the channel around that reality. Where specialist execution is needed, we bring in the right people and coordinate the program. One point of accountability across the full commercial program.

How do you use market intelligence in the work?

We track the North American market daily through InfraMarketNews. Housing starts, tariff movements, facility announcements, who is expanding, who is buying, who is specifying. That intelligence informs every channel decision and drives every outreach campaign.

Engagements and Pricing

What does it cost?

Three engagement stages. Channel Design: $8,000 to $15,000 CAD, one-time. Channel Build: $18,000 to $28,000 CAD, 90-day engagement. Channel Operations: $5,500 to $10,000 CAD per month.

How long does it take to build a distribution channel from zero?

The channel design takes 30 days. The first distributor conversations are active within 60 days. The first orders typically follow within 90 to 180 days depending on the product, the segment, and the market.

Do I need to do the Entry Diagnostic first?

The Entry Diagnostic ($3,500) is a deep diagnostic engagement. It is the right starting point if you want to understand your full commercial situation before committing to a channel build. If you already know what channel you need built, we can scope a Channel Design engagement directly from the intro conversation.

What is the difference between InfraLaunchPro and a sales agency?

A sales agency provides sales representatives who make calls on your behalf. We build the commercial infrastructure those calls require to produce results. Channel architecture, distributor recruitment, verified outreach, field team structure, board reporting, market intelligence. A sales agency without that infrastructure produces activity. InfraLaunchPro produces a channel.

Do you work on commission or retainer?

Retainer. Fixed monthly fee for Channel Operations. Project fee for Channel Design and Channel Build. We do not work on commission because commission arrangements incentivise closing deals rather than building the channel architecture that makes deals compound.
