About
InfraLaunchPro is an
international business development company.

We design and build North American commercial channels: the distributors, the outreach, the field team, the reporting. Like a design-build firm, we handle the full engagement under one point of accountability.

We use deeper market intelligence than most manufacturers have access to, and we bring in the right specialists where the channel needs them. Your product reaches the right buyers. Through the right channel. At the right margin.

Where this comes from

This is not software built in theory. It is built from years of real-world business development, sales leadership, market entry, manufacturing, contractor relationships, specifier engagement, distribution strategy, and the reality of trying to grow companies in competitive markets.

Current business development engagements: a $600M+ aluminum manufacturer from the Middle East. We run the full commercial operation: distributor outreach, field sales management, and weekly reporting to the executive team in Jordan. A UK-based green infrastructure company scaling through North American municipalities. A Canadian architectural aluminum systems company building the channel architecture and distributor network for market entry. In each engagement the structure is the same: design the commercial channel first, build it second, run it until it produces.

I have sat inside companies where the product was strong but the go-to-market was not ready. I have worked with manufacturers from Jordan, the UK, and across Canada trying to enter North America. I have built contractor, distributor, specifier, and project pipelines from the ground up in markets that do not forgive a wrong entry sequence.

I do not look at a business as one department, one problem, or one tactic. I look at the full commercial system: how sales, market timing, distribution, leadership, positioning, operational readiness, pricing, buyer psychology, and execution pressure all connect.

Market Intelligence

We track the North American market daily. That intelligence is how we build better channels.

InfraLaunchPro Market Intelligence is the engine behind the commercial work. It tracks the North American market daily and feeds that intelligence into every channel design, outreach campaign, and distributor conversation we run. The aim is direct: use better market data to produce a higher percentage of sales.

Most companies do not have a sales problem. They have a commercial structure problem. The diagnostic finds it. Business development fixes it. I do both.
